The entire estate is located in Controguerra, a small village between the Marche and Abruzzo regions, a place of extreme connection and peace with nature.
The farmhouse
THE FARMHOUSE
The Casale della Nike Country Retreat stands as the beating heart of the park, built entirely of recycled bricks baked in the oven, each one different from the other, a testimony of time and the hand that forged them. A building that breathes history, where every material speaks, and every detail has been chosen to tell.
THE ROOMS
Inside there are eight country residences — elegant, essential suites, defined by a minimalist design that lets the nobility of the materials emerge: iron, wood and grit. The floors are in continuous projecting grit, according to tradition, enriched by a Greek fret in precious Guatemala green, to create a discreet and refined movement.

RESTAURANT
The bistro was designed in a neo-industrial style, with recycled bricks and large English-style iron windows. The interior is defined by an elegant travertine floor, while the beating heart is the kitchen: an authentic double-chamber Neapolitan oven, covered with Sorrento biscuit, which allows for a pizza made according to the VPN (Verace Pizza Napoletana) specification.
The vineyard
THE VINEYARD
The protagonist of this area is the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo vineyard, not to be confused with the Tuscan Montepulciano, which comes from Sangiovese vines. Ours, however, comes from the real Montepulciano plant, grown in a unique soil and climate context.
The olive groove
THE OLIVE GROVE
Our olive grove extends around and under the vineyard, populated by prized varieties such as Leccino, Carmagnola, Ascolana and other native cultivars. Their coexistence generates an artisanal blend with a complex organoleptic profile: fresh, fruity, with a hint of elegant bitterness and a long persistence.
THE AMPHITHEATRE
The Amphitheater is the first work built on the estate, and represents the starting point of the founding vision of the park: starting from culture to reinterpret the world. Located exactly at the center of the hypothetical ellipse on which the property develops, it is built in travertine and English lawn, materials that blend harmoniously with the landscape.

THE LAKE OF WATER LILIES AND KOY CARPS
Not far away, on the right of the Amphitheater, a path opens up that leads to the Lago delle Ninfee, a small body of water in which koi carp and white water lilies float. In the center of the lake, another work by the master De Angelis emerges: two bronze hands, made with the lost wax technique.

THE FOREST OF POEMS
Continuing beyond the lake, you cross the Rio Moro, a small watercourse that marks the entrance to the Bosco delle Poesie. Once an old peasant mule track, today the path has been recovered and transformed into a literary and spiritual path.
